JOB SUMMARY:
Under the direct supervision of the Outsource Services Officer, the position is responsible in all administrative
and clerical works related to outsource services. Handles billings and reports and may act as the second point
person of outsource employees in the absence of the Officer.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Administrative
- Prepares monthly OT billing reports for offsite clients and ensures accuracy in
computations. - Assists in conducting soft skills training like Customer Service and Business
Communication Skills training to outsource employees. - In-charge of preparing monthly expense report per site.
- Prepares request for billing per site.
- Requests office supplies needed for the department and sites.
- Prepares documentation required for contract renewal of clients and employees.
- Reports to DOLE regarding list of clients where engineers are outsourced.
- Prepares MRF for manpower requested by the clients per site.
- May conduct secondary interview to applicants for any manpower requirements of
clients. - Assists in facilitating team building and party activities for outsource employees.
- Monitors payment by client if updated every month.
- Maintains pool of applicants for future manpower need of the department.
- Updates records and files under the department.
Others
- Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of any 4-year course, preferably with computer background
- Must have at least 6 months related experience in administration.
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Able to work independently and as part of the team.
- Ability to assist clients in all their needs and be able to compromise agreements that are beneficial for
both the company and customer. - Highly organized and particular to details.
- Has very good client relation skill
