This service handles the warranty of the different equipment/s that is part of our focus products. Extended warranty and service warranty applies to the specific equipment prior to the manufacturer’s warranty and policy agreed with our clients.
Remote Support Services is a type of service, which permits representatives to help end-users to solve computer problems remotely. This can be done either by displaying the steps to take through screen sharing or the alternative that involves taking control of desktops to perform tasks remotely.
Preventive and Corrective Maintenance Services is the regular and routine maintenance of equipment and assets to keep them running and prevent any costly unplanned downtime from unexpected equipment failure. Activities for preventive and corrective maintenance are pre-scheduled annually.
A premium support which is readily available twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week within the contract period.
