Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Human Resource Intern to join our team for on-the-job training. This internship provides valuable exposure to core HR functions such as recruitment, employee engagement, training, and records management. The intern will collaborate with the HR team to support daily operations and contribute to ongoing HR initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in posting job advertisements and screening resumes.
- Support the onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Help maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Participate in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
- Assist in preparing HR-related reports and documentation.
- Provide administrative support to the HR department.
- Assist in the planning and facilitation of HR training sessions and workshops.
- Observe and learn about labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Willingness to learn and take initiative.
- Positive attitude and a team player.

Internship Allowance:
- A daily allowance of ₱150 will be provided.
