Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and creative Marketing Assistant to support our marketing and sales teams. The ideal candidate will help drive brand awareness, support campaign execution, and assist in sales initiatives to boost customer engagement and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms.
- Create and manage content for social media, email newsletters, and promotional materials.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support strategic planning.
- Support the sales team with lead generation, client follow-ups, and CRM updates.
- Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and reports for internal and client use.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of marketing and sales initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in a marketing or sales support role is preferred. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
