ROLE OVERVIEW
This role will support the administrative team in day-to-day operations. This role is designed to provide hands-on experience in office management, documentation, and coordination tasks. The trainee will gain exposure to various administrative functions and develop essential workplace skills.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in filing, organizing, and maintaining physical and digital records.
- Support in preparing reports, memos, and other documents.
- Help manage office supplies and inventory.
- Coordinate meeting schedules and assist in event planning.
- Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to appropriate personnel.
- Perform data entry and update internal databases.
- Assist in handling incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Provide general support to visitors and staff.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Business Administration, Office Management, Human Resources, or related field.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Willingness to learn and take initiative.
- Professional demeanor and a positive attitude.
