ROLE OVERVIEW
This role supports sales and marketing operations by maintaining accurate records, preparing reports, and providing reliable data and operational assistance to cross-functional teams.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Keep our CRM accurate and up-to-date
· Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports & presentations
· Audit weekly sales for accuracy
· Support Sales, BDM, and Marketing teams in smooth operations
· Safeguard confidential sales and client data
QUALIFICATIONS
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Office Administration, Communications, or related field
· Fresh graduates welcome; 1+ year in sales support or data management a plus
· Excel, Word, and PowerPoint proficient
· Detail-oriented, organized, and reliable
· Good communication skills
· Able to work independently and as part of a team
