Job Description

ROLE OVERVIEW

This role will support the administrative team in day-to-day operations. This role is designed to provide hands-on experience in office management, documentation, and coordination tasks. The trainee will gain exposure to various administrative functions and develop essential workplace skills.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist in filing, organizing, and maintaining physical and digital records.
  • Support in preparing reports, memos, and other documents.
  • Help manage office supplies and inventory.
  • Coordinate meeting schedules and assist in event planning.
  • Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to appropriate personnel.
  • Perform data entry and update internal databases.
  • Assist in handling incoming and outgoing correspondence.
  • Provide general support to visitors and staff.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Business Administration, Office Management, Human Resources, or related field.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Willingness to learn and take initiative.
  • Professional demeanor and a positive attitude.
