Job Description

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or any other IT-related courses.
  • At least 1 year of working experience in software and hardware PC support and Customer Service in the related field is an advantage but not required.
  • Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexible and can work with minimal supervision.
  • Has a sense of urgency in addressing clients’ concerns and requirements.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
